This concept has been around for a very long time but it is not practiced. Example of the opposite is the use of currency differentials. These differences make it so that entire cultures are of lesser value than others on purpose, enslaving these nations into service of those with a greater currency. This is enslavement. There should not be any differences between cultures, skin, or gender.
