“Come For Me Now.”

It’s summer time in my heart blazing like the rising sun.
My dreams real!
And the world outside I’ll chase her around for her love.
I’m elated that she’s for me.
Please, (come for me now)
(Stop your hiding)
“cause I need you in life, in my daily life.

I’m a meteor falling through our sky burning red hot.
For you inside!
Like a volcano, you burst forth onto the scene.
For everyone to see; encased within my art.
I set you free! (Free! Free! Free!)
For you I’d continue to work for free!
Upon my bent knee; When will you marry me?

You make this lion roar, defying the odds stacked against me.
Like a fighter within a ring! You make my soul sing!
I want my prenup and ring! Not a simple thing!
So, come for me now . . .  put your hand within mine.
Our combined love will set us free! (Free! Free! Free!)
I’d continue encasing your life with my art.
It will hit you square within your heart.

Like the running of the clock, my love still flows.
Every moment that you’re not within my arms.
Sets off alarms! I need our wedding bells!
It’s been a burning hell, a nightmare encased in darkness.
An endless scene; a Monster Ball! I’ve heard your call!
For you, I’d take the fall. It’s curtains for me.
So come on down and set us free! (Free! Free! Free!)

Come for me now . . .
(Why the hesitation?)
Come for me now . . .
(I’m getting older.)
Come for me now . . .
(Soon I’ll not be around at all)

I’ve asked you many times; never directly.
Always through my art-filled dreams.
Crying out silently . . .
Hoping that you’d come for me . . .
And allow for my love filled creativity.
To encase you with my art . . . right from my art-filled heart.
What’s the matter? Funny colored bits of paper are keeping us apart?

Come for me now . . .
(Why the hesitation?)
Come for me now . . .
(I’m getting older.)
Come for me now . . .
(Soon I’ll not be around at all)

(Back to the top for another run-through)
