Hey, we’re equals . . . can’t they see it’s true?
Come on, we’re equals . . . what I say it’s true!
No matter where you are upon this earth.
No matter the color of skin at birth.
We’re equals . . . it’s a clear and simple truth.

We have in this world those that hate!
We have currency differentials that stink of it.
People want to be treated fair and with respect.
Just because we’re all different doesn’t justify hate.
Individualistic nationalism is another form of hate.
Sealing entire cultures within the confines of their borders.

Hey, we’re equals . . . What I’ve said is true!
Come on, we’re equals . . . We’ve done nothing unto you!
No matter how you look or what you say.
No matter how you talk or what you do.
We’re equals . . . it’s a clear and simple truth.

We have in this world those that love!
We have dreams of a single currency and the one above.
They try each day to extend their hand.
Giving toward others their works from their hearts.
Sending their money and goods near and far.
Regardless of where you live or who you are.

Hey, we’re equals . . . I bleed the same as you!
Come on, we’re equals . . . Yet sadly, we’re enslaved by you!
No matter where we live or how we give.
No matter where we lay or how we pray.
